Speakers's Instructions

All speakers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the date, time and place of their sessions and should be at the appropriate venue at least 15 minutes before the start of the sessions Kindly be advises that you should deliver your lecture on a flash memory to the IT person responsible inside the conference hall.
